Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 14, 2026

See also our Terms of Use.

This policy explains what information we collect on fiberspodcast.com and in the free tools on it, why, and the choices you have. fiberspodcast.com is operated by Bravo Group, LLC (“we,” “us”), 922 HWY 81E Ste 162, McDonough, GA 30252, for the FIBERS of Life and Business™ podcast hosted by Joe Watkins. It also covers the Property Deal Analyzer (fiberspodcast.com/dealanalyzer/), the Financial Playbook (fiberspodcast.com/financial-playbook/), and any future iPhone or iPad version of those tools.

The short version

  • We collect what you choose to give us (like your email address) and basic information about how the site is used.
  • We use it to run the podcast, the site and the tools, to answer you, and to send emails you asked for.
  • We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t run advertising pixels on this site.
  • You can unsubscribe, ask what we have about you, or ask us to delete it at any time: email referrals@fiberspodcast.com.

Information you give us

  • Email list. When you subscribe (on our sign-up page, which is hosted by our email provider, Kit), we collect your email address and first name if you give it.
  • Contact and Be a Guest forms. Your name, email address and message. The Be a Guest form also asks for your phone number, links you share, your area of expertise and why you’d be a great guest.
  • Property Deal Analyzer. To use it, you give your first name and email address and tick a box agreeing to receive your access and occasional deal tips by email. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. If you save deals, we store what you enter: property address, prices, costs, notes, the optional seller or agent names and phone numbers you choose to add, and an optional property photo. If you turn on a share link, anyone with that link can view that deal’s report. Paid features, such as custom branding, may store your company name, logo and one contact line.
  • Financial Playbook. Your email address (to send sign-in codes), your assessment answers and the estimated financial numbers and goals you choose to enter. Financial numbers and email addresses are encrypted on our server. The Playbook never asks for account numbers, Social Security numbers or bank logins.
  • Emails you send us, and anything you share if you appear on the podcast.

Please don’t enter anyone else’s private information unless you have the right to share it.

Information collected automatically

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) tells us how many people visit, which pages and episodes they view, roughly where they are (city or region), what device and browser they use, and how they found us. We also count events such as a form being sent or a tool being started or finished. We never send names, email addresses, phone numbers or form contents to Google Analytics. Learn more: how Google uses this data
  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) helps us improve the site by showing heatmaps and session replays: anonymous recordings of how pages are scrolled, tapped and clicked. Clarity uses first- and third-party cookies. We use it only to improve the site, not for advertising. Microsoft keeps recordings for up to 30 days. More in Microsoft’s privacy statement
  • Server logs. Like most websites, our web host records IP addresses, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting. Our forms and tools also use short-lived, scrambled (hashed) versions of IP addresses and emails to block spam and repeated sign-in attempts.

Cookies and similar tools

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage:

  • Needed for the tools to work: a sign-in cookie for the Deal Analyzer (lasts up to one year or until you sign out), sign-in and access cookies for the Financial Playbook, and your browser’s local storage to keep deals and answers you’re working on.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics cookies (such as _ga) and Microsoft Clarity cookies (such as _clck and _clsk).
  • Embedded players: episode and Shorts pages embed players from Spotify, YouTube (in privacy-enhanced mode), TikTok and Facebook. Those companies may set their own cookies and collect information when you load or play their content, under their own privacy policies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the tools may not work without their sign-in cookie. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out add-on. Our site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

How we use information

  • To run the podcast, the website, the Deal Analyzer and the Financial Playbook, including saving your work and signing you in.
  • To answer your messages and review guest requests.
  • To send emails you asked for. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and our mailing address.
  • To understand and improve the site and tools.
  • To keep the site secure, prevent spam and abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-site advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run things, under their own privacy and security terms:

  • Namecheap (web hosting, where the site, the tools and saved data live)
  • Microsoft 365 (email delivery, including sign-in codes and form notifications)
  • Kit (our email list, only if you subscribe or agree to emails)
  • Google (Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity), as described above
  • U.S. Census Bureau geocoder: when you enter a property address in the Deal Analyzer, the address is sent to this free government service to find the county for the property-tax estimate
  • Podcast platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube) that host and play our episodes

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.

Affiliate links

Some links on this site (for example on Joe’s Picks and some tool pages) are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. When you click one, the other company may use cookies to track that the referral came from us. We only recommend things Joe uses or trusts.

How long we keep it

  • Email list: until you unsubscribe, then only what Kit needs to honor the unsubscribe.
  • Form messages: as long as needed to respond and keep a record of the conversation.
  • Deal Analyzer and Financial Playbook accounts: until you delete them or ask us to.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics keeps event data for no more than 14 months; Clarity recordings up to 30 days.
  • Backups made by our web host may keep copies for a limited time after deletion.

Your choices and rights

  • Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom.
  • Delete your Financial Playbook data any time with “Delete my account and data” on your results page.
  • Delete your Deal Analyzer account and saved deals by emailing referrals@fiberspodcast.com from the email you signed up with. We’ll confirm when it’s done. (Deleting a single deal inside the analyzer removes it from your list; to erase everything, ask us.)
  • Ask what we have about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing us.

We’ll respond within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first. Wherever you live, we’ll honor these requests. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law.

Security

The site and tools run only over secure HTTPS. Saved data stays on our own hosting, sign-in codes expire quickly and are stored only in scrambled form, and each person can reach only their own account. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you if a breach affects you, as the law requires.

Children

This site and its tools are meant for adults. The Deal Analyzer and Financial Playbook are for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we’ll delete it.

Links to other sites

We link to podcast apps, social media, guests’ websites and products we recommend. Their privacy practices are their own; please read their policies.

Where we are

We’re based in Georgia, USA, and our data is stored in the United States. If you visit from outside the U.S., your information will be processed here.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the effective date above. If a change is significant, we’ll point it out on the site or in the tools before it applies.
