FIBERS Financial Margin Playbook
Operated by Bravo Group, LLC, 922 HWY 81E Ste 162, McDonough, GA 30253 (“we”, “us”).
Last updated: October 9, 2026
The short version
- We ask for your email address and the estimated numbers you choose to enter. Nothing else.
- We never ask for your name, Social Security number, account numbers, passwords or bank logins, and we never connect to your bank.
- Your financial numbers are encrypted on our server. Only you can see them, after signing in with a code sent to your email.
- We don’t sell your information.
- You can delete your account and all your data at any time, in one tap.
What we collect
- Your email address, to send your one-time sign-in codes and to keep your results private to you. It is stored encrypted.
- Your assessment answers and estimated numbers: your Margin Check ratings, monthly income and expenses, savings, debt payments, assets and debts. These are stored encrypted, as dated snapshots, so you can come back and track your progress.
- Consent records: when you agreed to these terms, and whether you asked for the weekly email.
- Security data: when you signed in, and short-lived, scrambled (hashed) versions of your email and IP address used to limit repeated code requests. These are deleted within two days.
Before you verify your email, your answers are kept only in your own browser on your device. They are sent to us when you verify your email to see your results.
How we use it
- To calculate and show your results, and to save them so you can return.
- To send you sign-in codes.
- To see overall, non-identifying totals (for example, how many people completed the assessment, or the average Margin Check score). Our administrators see these totals, not your individual numbers.
- Only if you tick “Send me the FIBERS weekly email”: to add your email address to our email list, which is run by Kit (ConvertKit). You can unsubscribe from any email. Your financial numbers are never sent to Kit.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell or rent your information. We share it only with services that help us run the Playbook: our web host (where the encrypted data is stored), our email provider (which delivers your sign-in codes), and Kit, only if you opt in to the weekly email. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How we protect it
The Playbook runs only over secure HTTPS. Financial numbers and email addresses are encrypted at rest with a key kept outside the database. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes, are stored only in scrambled (hashed) form, and are limited to a few tries. Every request is checked so each person can reach only their own data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Your choices
- Delete everything: on your results page, tap “Delete my account and data”. Your account, snapshots and consent records are removed from our database. (Deleting your Playbook data does not unsubscribe you from the weekly email; use the unsubscribe link in any email for that.)
- Stop emails: use the unsubscribe link in any FIBERS email.
- Questions or requests: email referrals@fiberspodcast.com.
Keeping your data
We keep your account and snapshots until you delete them. Routine server backups made by our web host may keep copies for a limited time after deletion.
Children
The Playbook is for adults 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above. Significant changes will be shown in the Playbook before they apply to you.
