Terms of Use

These terms apply to fiberspodcast.com, the FIBERS of Life and Business™ podcast, and the free and paid tools on this site, including the Property Deal Analyzer and the Financial Playbook (the “Services”). The Services are run by Bravo Group, LLC (“we,” “us”), 922 HWY 81E Ste 162, McDonough, GA 30252. By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.
1. Information, not advice
The podcast, articles, quotes and tools are for education and general information. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, appraisal or lending advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell or finance any property or investment. Guests speak for themselves, not for us. Talk with qualified professionals before making decisions.
2. The Property Deal Analyzer gives estimates only
- Its results are estimates based on the numbers and assumptions you enter, plus general formulas and public data (for example, a Georgia property-tax estimate based on public county rates). They can be incomplete or wrong.
- It does not inspect, appraise or value any property, and it does not verify anything you enter.
- We don’t guarantee any result, profit, return, price, cost, timeline or financing outcome.
- You’re responsible for your own decisions. Check every number independently (with an inspector, contractor, appraiser, lender, attorney or tax adviser as needed) before you make an offer, buy, borrow or invest.
The Financial Playbook has its own terms shown inside it; where they differ, the Playbook’s terms apply to the Playbook.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 to use the Deal Analyzer or Financial Playbook.
- Use an email address you own and keep access to it secure; sign-in codes are sent there.
- Give accurate information, and only enter information about other people (such as a seller’s or agent’s name and phone number) if you have the right to.
- You’re responsible for activity in your account and for any share links you turn on.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, crawl, harvest or download the Services or their content or data by automated means;
- copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract the formulas, code, design or structure of the tools, or build a competing product from them;
- resell, sublicense, frame or commercially exploit the Services without our written permission;
- get around sign-in, usage limits, paid features or security, or access anyone else’s account or data;
- overload, disrupt or attack the Services, or use them for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.
5. Our content and trademarks
The Services, including the podcast episodes, text, graphics, logos, the tools’ design, formulas, calculations, reports and code, are owned by Joe Watkins, Bravo Group, LLC or their licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. FIBERS™, FIBERS of Life™, FIBERS of Business™ and FIBERS of Life and Business™ are trademarks of Joe Watkins. You may listen, read and use the tools for your own personal or internal business use, and share links to our pages. Anything else needs our written permission.
6. Your content
The deals, numbers, notes and photos you enter stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them to run the Services for you (for example, to save your deals, create PDF reports and show a shared report to people you send the link to). We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Paid features
We may offer paid features (such as a Pro version or custom branding). Prices, billing and any trial or refund terms will be shown before you buy. If you buy through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s terms also apply to billing and refunds. We may change or end features, with notice where the law requires it.
8. Emails and affiliate links
If you agree to emails, you can unsubscribe at any time. Some links are affiliate links; we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
9. Other services
The Services link to or embed others’ services (such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, Kit and Google). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them, and we aren’t responsible for them.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Services and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account, or block access, if we believe these terms are being broken, to protect the Services or other users, or if we stop offering a tool.
11. Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise the Services will be error-free, secure or always available.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Bravo Group, LLC, Joe Watkins and their team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or investment losses, arising from the Services or from decisions you make using them. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
13. Indemnity
If your misuse of the Services or your breach of these terms leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs, including attorneys’ fees.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Henry County, Georgia, and you and we agree to those courts’ jurisdiction.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll change the effective date above and, for significant changes, give notice on the site or in the tools. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept it.
